Arshi joined Mon Ami Real Estate in May of 2025, as the Chief Financial Officer providing strategic leadership, and oversight of accounting, tax, finance & digital transformation functions.  Arshi brings a wealth of experience after spending more than twenty-seven years in the Real Estate Industry holding various progressive executive roles with national real estate companies. Arshi possesses a proven track record as a strategic leader driving financial results while ensuring financial controls are in place to ensure integrity of data and investments.  

Most recently Arshi spent a couple of years as the Director at RSM- Top Ten Global Public Accounting Firm & Sr. Vice President at Citco Fund Services- a Global Fund Administrator. Arshi has also worked as Director for thirteen plus years at CBRE- world’s largest NYSE listed real estate company and Grubb & Ellis based out of Chicago managing the property / investment / JV / Fund / Investor accounting, finance and tax work.  Arshi is also associated with AICPA & CalCPA.  Arshi has his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (California).
