DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Caleb Baze is Director of Operations at Mon Ami Real Estate, where he oversees the systems, controls, and administrative infrastructure behind the company's national portfolio.

Caleb joined Mon Ami as an executive assistant in 2019 and has since built much of the infrastructure the company runs on: its Yardi environment, insurance program, corporate entity records, spending controls, standard operating procedures, and the reporting leadership uses to make decisions. Much of that work has come from noticing what was missing and building it before it broke.

His responsibilities span technology and software oversight across more than a dozen platforms, insurance procurement and claims management, multi-entity corporate administration and annual filings, HR and payroll administration, vendor and contract administration, and operational reporting.

Caleb came to operations from the performing arts. Both come down to coordinating many people and moving parts toward a fixed date, where the difference between good and bad execution is preparation the audience never sees.
