Chris Ordoyne
Christopher brings a broad base of expertise in the commercial real estate and investment space to his position as Director of Legal at Mon Ami, as well as a broad understanding of the business mechanisms required to grow and pivot portfolio structure and verticals. Prior to coming on board with Mon Ami, Christopher served in capacities across multiple sectors within this space, most recently as an of-counsel attorney with Norton Rose Fulbright representing clients in large scale energy, utility and infrastructure developments, focusing on entitlements, venture creation and debt placement. Prior to Norton Rose Fulbright, Christopher served as senior and general counsel internally within private equity, focused on REO real estate structuring, tax and historical credit applications, and venture and debt mechanisms for property and development. Christopher served as sole Real Estate counsel within Allstate Investments $90+ billion captive, as well as investment and development lead counsel for the development arm of one of the largest contractors in the nation at M.A. Mortenson in Minneapolis. Christopher's experience provides Mon Ami with leadership across multiple pillars of CRE, construction, private equity and family office investing. Christopher earned a JD, with Honors, from Tulane University Law School and a BA in Political Theory and Policy from Tulane University. He is a licensed attorney in Louisiana and Illinois.
