Kim Krugman brings a unique and extensive background as a litigator and corporate generalist to her role as Director-Legal, Litigation, Risk Management, and Operations at Mon Ami. Her career prior to Mon Ami includes significant experience in real estate, property management, and brokerage with firms such as Grubb & Ellis, Avison Young, and JLL. Kim's legal journey began with large law firm experience at Coudert Brothers in San Francisco, California. She then transitioned to Chicago, Illinois, working at Neal Gerber & Eisenberg and Much Shelist before moving to an in-house capacity. She has also contributed her expertise as a Board member for Heart of the City. Kim is actively licensed to practice law in both California and Illinois.

Known for her excellent out-of-the-box thinking, strategic approach, and strong negotiation skills, Kim is pragmatic and possesses a keen business acumen, coupled with a highly collaborative spirit. Her vast experience spans litigation, disputes, insurance (business and health), risk management, employment law, restrictive covenants, commercial contracts (drafting and reviewing), corporate governance, and training.
