Nick Miceli
Nick serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Development, where he is responsible for overseeing the strategic management and execution of initiatives across the firm’s portfolio, with a focus on enhancing value for its opportunistic and value-add real estate investments.
Prior to joining Mon Ami, Nick was a Director at L3 Capital, where he managed a portfolio of mixed-use and retail properties in New York, Chicago, Miami, and Boston. His experience includes repositioning complex urban assets and leading ground-up developments in partnership with institutional investors. Before L3, Nick worked at Miller Capital Advisory, an investment advisor to CalPERS, where he supported acquisitions, asset management, and strategic planning for a multi-billion-dollar retail and mixed-use real estate portfolio.
Nick earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition, Nick has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, serving both as a mentor and on the Leadership Board.
