Originally from South Africa, Rachelle is a board-certified Chartered Accountant who began her career in auditing at EY, followed by 5 years in mergers and acquisitions at Deloitte. Her life’s journey has taken her across the globe, including living as an expat in Beijing, China, before settling in the United States, where she has raised her family and successfully transitioned into Property Management.

With a strong foundation in finance, a service-oriented mindset, and a “can-do” attitude, Rachelle found a natural fit in Property Management. She likes to challenge the status quo and find ways to increase efficiency and improve service outcomes. She has gained extensive Property Management experience working for both Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield, two of the industry’s largest firms, and now thrives within the entrepreneurial and dynamic culture of Mon Ami Real Estate – growing, changing, succeeding.

Outside of work, Rachelle is a passionate group fitness strength instructor on weekends and an active community volunteer.
